Make sure no objects block the path between the remote control and the signal sensor

your receiver.
Make sure the distance between the remote control and your receiver is no more than 5
meters.
Check the power of your batteries, in case it is depleted, please get them replaced with
new ones.
No picture or sound
Check if the Audio / Video output connection from your receiver to your TV is connected
correctly.
In case of no sound: Press the MUTE button.
In case of no picture: Turn TV on.
