11 Ordering spare parts
We only accept warranty claims for genuine spare parts. We express clearly that the assembly and/or use of
parts other than the genuine spare parts supplied by ourselves, can negatively change the given constructional
characteristics of the GTES and safety can thereby be directly and/or indirectly affected. Stromag is not liable
for any warranty claims regarding damage caused by using spare parts and accessories that are not approved
by Stromag or by spare parts that have not been replaced properly. Please bear in mind that special manufac-
turing and delivery specifications often apply to our own as well as to foreign parts and that we always offer
spare parts according to the latest technical specifications and current legal regulations.

NOTE
The GTES have two identical type plates (inner and outer). The data for determining the spare part
must be taken from the type plate.
