Plunger 

 

A t t e n t i o n !    

Switch off machine electrically! 

 

The VEB100-7 is equipped with a rigid, roof-shaped plunger of radius 24.5 mm. 

3.7.1 

1. 

Remove cloth support arm extension (2). 

Replacing the plunger shaft (Fig. 9) 

2. 

Remove cover (3). 

3. 

Release clamp screw (4) at lever (5). 

4. 

Release set collar (6) and pull out the plunger shaft. 

Remounting in the reverse sequence. 
Re-adjust the feed plate (12N). 
Set the plunger shaft free of any play.
