- Do not start sawing until the saw blade has reached the required speed.
- Do not overload the machine! The machine operates better and safer in the power range listed in the
"Technical specifications" section.
- Operate the saw only with complete and correctly attached safety devices. Do not modify anything on the
machine that could affect safety.
- Do not use cracked, damaged or deformed saw blades.
- Only use sharp saw blades because using blunt saw blades increases the risk of kickback and overloads the
motor.
- Use only original saw blades and accessories. There is a risk of injury if you use non-original saw blades and
accessories. Make sure that the saw blade is as specified in the "Technical specifications" section.
- Always work only with one workpiece. Never saw several workpieces at the same time or a stack of
individual pieces wrapped together. There is a risk that individual pieces will be caught by the saw blade and
become uncontrolled.
- Ensure that the cut pieces cannot be caught and ejected by the saw blade teeth.
- Do not use the circular saw for purposes f
or which it is not intended (see “Intended use”).
- Remove all nails and metal objects from the workpiece before sawing.
- Ensure that the workpiece does not contain any cables, ropes, ropes, etc.
- Cut only workpieces with dimensions that allow safe grip while sawing.
- The maximum length of the sawn material must not exceed 1m. The minimum length of the sawn material
must not be less than 20cm.
- Only wood with 30-240mm diameter can be sawed so that it does not have to be rotated in order to cut
from the other side.
- Always keep a sufficient distance from the saw blade.
- The saw blade continues to spin even when the machine is turned off. Wait for it to stop completely before
removing debris, chips etc.
- Do not try to stop the saw blade from the side by applying pressure.
- Do not remove debris from the dangerous area of the saw blade by hand.
- Remove residues from the machine to prevent workplace deterioration. The same applies to sawdust -
sawdust extraction must be kept free.
- Switch off the machine and remove the plug from the electrical socket for the following:
•
Repairs.
•
Maintenance and cleaning.
•
Troubleshooting (also removing jammed debris).
•
Checking the power cords for creases or damage.
•
Transport of the circular saw.
•
Saw blade replacement.
•
Leaving the workplace (even for a short break).
- Take good care of your machine:
•
Keep the saw blades sharp and clean so you can work better and safer.
•
Follow the instructions for maintenance and replacement of the saw blade.
•
Keep the handles dry and remove oil and grease from them.
Check the machine for possible damage:
•
Prior to further use of the machine, protective devices or easily damaged parts must be thoroughly
checked for faultless function as intended.
•
Check that moving parts are working properly and are not pinched or damaged. All parts must be
correctly mounted and must comply with all conditions to ensure proper operation of the saw.
•
Damaged protective equipment and parts must be repaired and replaced by an authorized service
center.
•
It is strictly forbidden to dismantle, change, use, or attach other manufacturers' protective
equipment on the machine.
•
Damaged or illegible safety labels must be replaced.
