2. Choice of attachment type for mixing, whipping and kneading
Kneading hook
It is used for mixing various types of dough, including heavy and dense dough, such as
e.g. bread dough, pizza dough, fresh pasta dough, etc.
Whisk for
whipping
It is used for whipping whole eggs or egg whites, whipped cream, foam creams, etc. Do
not use it for mixing or kneading dough.
Mixing paddle It is used for mixing light to medium-heavy roads without yeast, for the preparation of
icing, creams, fillings, etc.
Do not use it to mix heavy dough.
3. Assembly of the attachments for mixing, whipping or kneading
- The multifunction head must be fixed in the open position when fixing the attachment.
- Attach one of the extensions to the output so that the output shaft fits into the extension.
- To fix the attachment, push it towards the outlet and turn it counterclockwise. Then gently pull the
attachment down with one hand to see if it is properly attached.
4. Disassembly of the attachments for mixing, whipping and kneading
- Use the release button to unlock the multifunction head and fold it up as far as it will go.
- When removing the attachment, the multifunction head must be fixed in the open position.
- Push the extension slightly toward the exit and turn it clockwise to release it.
- Turn the stainless steel container counterclockwise and pull it out of the base.
- Pull down to separate the cover.
- Return the multifunction head to the horizontal position.
5. Assembly and disassembly of the meat grinder **
Assembly
5.1. Insert the grinding chamber into the hole for fixing the grinding chamber.
5.2. To fasten the grinding chamber, turn it counterclockwise.
5.3. Insert the worm shaft (long end inwards) into the grinding chamber and turn it slightly until it clicks into
place.
5.4. A) Assembly as an electric meat grinder
- Mount the blade on the worm shaft so that the blade points towards the grinding screen. Make sure that
the individual parts fit together exactly. Otherwise, the appliance will not work.
- Mount the required grinding sieve on the blade. Make sure that the overhangs fit together exactly.
- Hold or push the center of the grinding sieve with one finger and screw in the screw cap with the other
hand.
5.4. B) Assembly of an extension for the kebbe production
- Mount the kebbe attachment on the worm shaft.
- Screw on the screw cap.
5.4. C) Assembly of the sausage filling attachment
- Mount the sausage filling attachment on the worm shaft.
- Screw on the screw cap.
5.5 Install a plastic hopper to the filling hole.
Disassembly
- To remove the meat grinder, proceed in the opposite way.
