Agitator
The agitator is located at the bottom of the carafe and is magnetically coupled to a spinning motor
in the base of the cleaning system. The agitator, located under the grate, is used to circulate solution
around parts in the carafe.
Baffle
The optional baffle is designed to lessen agitation to prevent delicate parts from being damaged
during the cleaning cycle.
Ecoworks tablets
Ecoworks tablets are designed to remove SR-30 support materials from parts cleaned in the
WaveWash 55 Support Cleaning System. The cleaning agent is both user and eco-friendly.
Handling the cleaning agent and disposal of the used solution requires only dilution with clean
water to meet generally acceptable world-wide disposal standards.
SR-30 material
SR-30 is a soluble support material for use with ABS
plus
. The material provides fast dissolve times
when using Ecoworks tablets in the WaveWash 55 Support Cleaning System.
