Preparing the device

Assemble the STORCH

airless hose onto the

sprayer. The hose must be

designed for a maximum

working pressure of 230

bar. Screw it firmly and

tightly in place.

Connect other end of hose

to gun.

Screw firmly and tightly in

place.

Remove the nozzle guard.

Check inlet strainer for

clogs and debris.

Fill the packing nut with

piston oil to prevent pre-

mature wear of the seal.

Repeat this process for

each spraying procedure.

Make sure the device is

switched off (OFF).

Plug the mains cable into

a properly earthed electri-

cal outlet.

Turn the suction valve to

the DRAIN position (verti-

cal).

Place the suction system

in an earthed metal contai-

ner that is half-filled with

flushing fluid. Attach an

earthing wire to the con-

tainer and a good earthing

point. Run through steps

1 - 5 of the commissio-

ning procedure to flush any

bearing oil out of the sys-

tem. Use water to flush

out water-based paint and

white spirit to flush out oil-

based paint and bearing

oil.
