Interface Description
2.1 Serial Ports
STAD156WT-15 is integrated with 4 serial ports. UART1, UART2, UART3,
UART0 are RS-232 level converted, All have been treated with anti-static
treatment.
UART3,UART4 is RS232 and RS485 hardware reuse

UART2 serial port is the debug port. There will be printing information appear
while start-on. It can be used as the normal serial port after start-on.
