The Ice Cream Maker
is not turning on?
• Check that the power cord is connected to a power outlet and
the power outlet is switched on.
• Check the power outlet is working by plugging in another
appliance into the same power outlet and switching on.
• The circuit breaker may have tripped or has blown a fuse. Please
contact the After Sales Support line on 1300 777 137 for
further advice.
The compressor is
making an abnormal
noise?
• Check that the electrical voltage and frequency of the circuit
corresponds to those indicated on the rating label of the
product.
• If the compressor continues to make an abnormal noise, press
the button to return the Ice Cream Maker to standby mode
immediately. Then switch off and unplug from the power outlet.

The motor will not
start?
• Check the lid, mixing paddle and inner bowl are installed
correctly.
• Ensure the arrow on the lid handle is correctly aligned with the
lock symbol. The electrical pins need to be aligned in order to
start the motor.
The inner bowl is
difficult to take out of
the Ice Cream Maker?
• This may be caused by condensation around the inner bowl that
has not been wiped thoroughly dry, resulting in freezing. Wait
5-10 minutes before taking out the inner bowl.
The mixing paddle and
motor has stopped
while making ice
cream?
• The ingredients added (such as fruit, nuts and chocolate) may
be too large. Remove any large ingredients that may be blocking
the mixing paddle. If the mixing paddle still does not work.
