1. Select the play equipment location in consideration of the required safety
area (see Diagram 3: Ø 6000 mm).
2. Carry out excavation work for 4 foundations as shown in Diagram 2. After
excavation, compress the foundation fl oor.
Note
: Make sure that the play
equipment is marked with “Play level”! Pay attention to items marked „game
level“ of play equipment!
3. Set up concrete foundations in the dimensions indicated in the quality class B
25.
4. After a setting period of 10-14 days - depending on weather conditions and
foundation size - clean the foundation cover.
5. Assemble the high bar with bolts at the places indicated.
6. Align the pre-mounted high bar on the foundations and screw it onto the foun-
dation using the dowels for heavy loads included in the delivery.
7. Seal the foundation with the safety cover required for the height of fall indica-
ted. Set up impact-absorbing playground surfacing according to EN 1177 HIC
1000.
Recommended surface material: grass, sand, bark mulch, gravel, synth. fall
protection. (Critical drop height ≤ 1000 mm)
8. Do not allow children to use the equipment before the installation has been
finished.
