Before starting any work on the machine, switch off the engine, turn off the water supply and actuate the spray gun until the pres
-
sure has been relieved.
Fault
Cause Remedy
Water emerges from the thermal
pressure relief valve
Water temperature too high Do not allow the high-pressure washer to
run for more than 3 minutes in standby
mode
Thermal pressure relief valve is defective Have the thermal pressure relief valve
checked by a servicing dealer

Oil in the high-pressure pump is
milky and foams
Water in the oil of the high pressure pump Change oil in high-pressure pump
Oil emerges from the high-pressure
pump
High-pressure pump is leaky Have the high-pressure pump repaired by a
servicing dealer

No detergents Detergent tank is empty Top up the detergent container
Suction hose or suction filter is clogged Eliminate clog
Injector is soiled or clogged Clean the injector, see "Maintenance"
Detergent nozzle / low-pressure nozzle is not
installed / is clogged
Insert / clean the detergent nozzle / low-
pressure nozzle
