– Remove the carburetor,

Pull the fuel suction hose (1) off 
the nipple (2).

Pull the elbow connector (3) off 
the fuel suction hose (1).

– Replace the fuel suction hose, 

inspect the elbow connector and 
replace if necessary.

Installing

– Use STIHL press fluid to make 

installation easier,

Connect new fuel suction 
hose (1) to angled nipple (arrow) 
on elbow connector (2).
