Setting the limit stop
N
Unscrew lock nut (1) and unscrew
bolt (2) to maximum position
Use the cutting depth adjustment to set
the desired maximum cutting depth.

Screw in the bolt (2) until it rests
against the swivel arm (3) and
secure with lock nut (1)
Each time it is lowered with the cutting
depth adjustment against the limit stop,
the same cutting depth is attained.
Throttle control
Start engine, refer to the chapter
"Starting / stopping the engine" in the
Instruction Manual for the cut-off
machine.
The throttle is not actuated via the
handle on the cut-off machine, but via
the throttle control on the guide tube.

Press and hold the trigger switch
lockout (1)
N
Pull the throttle control (2) until it
contacts the guide tube - full throttle
position
The speed of the cut-off machine
depends on the distance between
throttle control and guide tube.
When the throttle control is released
completely (no-load setting), the trigger
switch lockout must be pressed again
before the throttle control can be
actuated.

Push the guide tube down and
unlock the depth limiter
N
Slowly lower the cart until the
abrasive wheel touches the ground
N
Carefully lift the wheel of the swivel
arm so that the abrasive wheel and
rear wheels touch the ground

Lock the depth limiter in place
N
Line up the abrasive wheel and cart
on a straight line (marked) and
gently push off the cart so that it rolls
freely for a few meters
