Adjust the top position end stop as follows: move the column lifts to its lowest
position and look at the display. If the height is not 0", then the potentiometer rod
must be adjusted. This is only possible at the highest position. The highest position
can only be reached by using the maintenance switches at the rear side of the
electrical panel (see section

6.3.6 "Maintenance switches" on page 48

. For instance,

when the value is 1/2", then move the potentiometer rod 1/2" down.

Check for oil leaks, damage, and wear and tear. Check electrical cables and
connectors for damage.

7.

If dry, lubricate piston-rod with machine oil.

6.3.6 Maintenance switches

Switches can be found in the control panel that can be operated by the fitter during
maintenance to the lifting system. These switches can be used to check whether the
lowering valve, the unlocking solenoid and the hydraulic power unit are functioning
properly.
