5.61 JET PACK ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE

1. Manually move the boom to the tank drop off
location. See Figure 2.
2. The tip of the magnet core should be .90” off the
roof of the “Tank”. See Figure 5.
3. If the tip of the magnet core is not .90” off the roof
of the “Tank”, then adjust the nuts on the back of
the unit. See Figure 1 for nut locations.
4. Manually move the boom to the pickup location.
See Figure 3.
5. The tip of the magnet core should be in between
1.09” and 1.14” from the floor of the ramp. See
Figure 4.
6. If the tip of the magnet core in not in between
1.09” and 1.14” from the floor of the ramp, then
tighten or loosen the nuts on the back of the
unit until it is in the middle. See Figure 1 for nut
locations.
7. Repeat steps 1 through 6 until both locations are
at the appropriate heights.
