manufacturing defect
starting from the delivery date.
The temperature sensor has a 3-year guarantee.
The product must be installed to trade standards, in compliance with applicable standards and with the technical manual.
The detail of the commercial guarantees is available from your dealer, installer, pool professional.
THE FOLLOWING CASES ARE NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE:
• Opening the box without the Manufacturer’s consent.
• Defects and damage to the device caused by incorrect use.
• Pool water quality must be compliant with the NF EN 16713-3 standard.
• Product altered (no longer compliant with the Stérilor original).
• Failure to comply with product installation instructions. Failure to comply with the recommendations in the product manual.
• Damage caused by a non-authorised third party.
• Incorrect electric connection or non-compliant power source.
• Use for a purpose other than that for which it was designed (pool treatment Redox regulation).
• Impacts, vandalism or damaged equipment.
• Natural disasters, electric overload, thunder storms.
Stérilor declines any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property resulting from an equipment failure or other problem.
For all After-sales services, customers must contact their professional dealer using the applicable procedure.
All product returns for expertise must be carriage paid.
Your dealer must indicate your Stérilor XP Temperature serial number on your invoice.
Keep your purchase invoice to be able to use your guarantee.
