The earphone

• Recharge the battery.

• Verify that you have activated the power button.

The earphone 

does not 

charge

• Check that the car charger cable are correctly connected.

• Check that the operation indicators (earphone, base and charger) are turned on.

• Check that the cable is not damaged.

Not pairing 

Bluetooth 

• Check that the earphone and the device are turned to pair
• Unpair any other device that has paired above and perform the pairing procedure again.
• The maximum distance for Bluetooth connection is 10 m, verify that you have not passed this distance and 

there are no obstacles (walls of concrete, wood, sheet, ceilings, etc.) between the earphone and mobile 

device.
