My IM software does
not recognize the
camera
Make sure the camera is well connected.
If it is necessary, plug the camera in another USB port.
Make sure your software has the capacity of video chatting.
Cannot hear the
audio
Make sure the 3.5mm connector is plugged into the microphone
input jack.
Check the volume level.
Picture is not clear It is possible that you have a strong light source in front of the
camera, move to other position.
