TROUBLE SOLUTIONS
Power does
not turn on
• Power connector plugged incorrectly, make sure to insert the power
cord firmly.
• Burnt fuse. Replace with same type, if it continues burning take the
unit to the Steren service.
• Check the integrity of the power cord and connectors, replace if is
necessary.
No sound
• Fail on preamplifier devices, check the correct performance in your
audio source.
• Check the integrity of the audio cables and connectors, replace if is
necessary.
Sound
distortion at
low levels
• Maybe other components in your system are distorting sound, check
and set gains on those components.
• Use separated phases for lighting and sound system.
Bluetooth*
Connection
• You just need to pair the devices once. If the pairing has not been
successful, repeat the procedure for the Bluetooth connection.
- If prompted for a PIN number, enter 0000, for bonding.
- Ensure that the distance between the device and the baffle does not
exceed 10 meters.
- Turn off or out any other device that may be causing interference..
