There is ice on the heat
exchanger.
The ambient temperature is
too low and/or humidity is
high.
Start manual defrosting.
The gas pressure in the
refrigerant circuit is too low
(see "Testing" section)
Contact an authorized
qualified person.
Heat pump is leaking water Condensation water has
accumulated.
Set the heat pump to standby.
If the heat pump stops leaking,
condensation water was the
cause.
Water comes out at the heat
exchanger or the connections
of the water circuit.
Check the fastening nuts and
tighten them if necessary.

qualified person.
Display: error message EE b Insufficient water flow. Increase the water throughput
of the hydraulic circuit that
supplies the heat pump.

15 °C.
