Replacing Lumbar
Assembly

Remove two (2) bottom screw

(1a), and pull out bottom edge of
Flexor assembly(1b). The lumbar
support may fall out during
this action.

To reassemble, push

Push the lumbar handles

forward to remove lumbar support.

lumbar support back into the
sliding channel.

Remove Flexor assembly for

easier access. Fixed lumbar support
comes with a locking plastic part,
in which case, place lumbar support
in the sliding channel.

Check to assure logo is

facing toward back of chair
and upright.

Then pick the fixed lumbar
position and insert the locking
plastic part into the channel
over the lumbar sliders.

Replace Flexor assembly and make sure the

black plastic strip is hooked onto the flexor rib (6a)
and two (2) bottom screws while holding the flexor
tight to the frame (6b).

NOTE:

Do not over tighten or strip.

Fixed Lumbar

Note:

For fixed lumber,

center it in slot.
