Base To Outer Cover Installation.
Large Tables:
Turn base upside down and guide four arms into
four mating slots in outer cover tube. To properly
engage tabs on hub slowly rotate the base until
tabs drop into slots in inner tube.
Small Tables:
Guide arms into mating slots in outer cover tube
and over lock washer and inner tube assembly.

Base With Outer Cover Installation.
Large Tables:
Slip outer cover tube over inner tube.
Small Tables:
Align notch in outer tube with emboss on pedestal
mount and place large 1-1/2” o.d. lock washer
over tie rod and on end of inner tube.

Nut And Lock Washer Installation.
Large Tables:
Place lock washer and nut over tie rod end. To
tighten nut use a 3/4” box end wrench or a socket
wrench that is approximately 10 to 12” in length.
Do not use an open end or adjustable wrench.
Gripping wrench near end, tighten nut. To obtain
maximum rigidity, the nut on the tie rod must be
tightened to a minimum of 80 foot pounds.
NOTE: Before tightening, measure to be sure
that bases are parallel with table ends and each
other.
Small Tables:
Place 2” dia. flat washer over end of tie rod.
Place lock washer and nut over tie rod end.
Tighten table assembly as specified on large tables.
