BASIC FEEDER AND SUPPORT

ASSEMBLY MOVEMENTS

Make certain that both machines are disconnected

from the power source.

1. To rotate the entire stock feeder assembly, loosen

locking lever (

A

) on the base and swing the assembly

into desired position.   

See Fig. 7

2. To raise or lower the stock feeder (

G

), loosen the

locking lever (

C

) and turn the handle (

D

) to obtain

desired  height.

3. To move the stock feeder (

G

) in or out, loosen locking

lever (

E

) and turn the handle (

B

) to extend or retract.

4. To adjust the stock feeder (

G

) in relation to the table

or to the fence, loosen locking lever (

F

) or (

H

) and

move  the feeder into desired position.

5.  Make  sure  to  tighten  all  locking  levers  after

adjustments are complete and prior to use the

stock feeder.

FEED RATE ADJUSTMENTS

WARNING

Make certain that both machines are disconnected

from the power source and that the feeder switch is

in the OFF position.

The 65-150 Stock feeder has 4 speeds available –

(20, 26, 33, 43 ft/min.) – (6, 8, 10, 13 m/min.) –

depending on gear arrangement. The speed chart

is attached inside the gearbox cover 

See fig. 9

and

4 gears are provided (20, 24, 26, 30 teeth).

1. Unscrew the knob and remove the gearbox cover.

2. Remove the hex nuts and washers (

) securing

the gears.

3.  Remove  the  gears  (

A

)  (

)  from  the  shafts  and

reposition as per the chart for desired speed.

4. Reinstall the washers and hex nuts and tighten.

5. Reinstall the gearbox cover.
