Working place:
Important:
Never place this device on or next to hot surfaces (e.g. hot stoves). Only use it on a
even, stable and a heat resisting surface. It is important that no inflamable items are
near to the device.
Before the first use:
Decide whether you want to use the grill plate or the Teppanjaki plate. Take off the
thermostate connection, turn the plate and put the thermostate connection again into the
device.
Oil the grill slightly before the first use. Then heat up the device for ca 10 min without food
and the thermostat on maximum level. Afterwards clean the plate with a humid cloth. Do
not use agressive cleaners to avoid damages to the non-stick surface.
Food preperation:

Plug in the device according to the datas on the rating label. If you turn the
thermostat, the red control light shines.

At the first heating a little bit of smoke can occur. This smoke will vanish after
some minutes.

Heat up the device untill the indicationlight turns off. You have reached the
wanted temperature.

Put the food on the grill.
-
During grilling, the indicationlight can turn on and off. The thermostat is
working.
