Important! The oven should be pre-heated before each use for about 10min. The
appliance can smoke a little when heating up.
Never put too large food into the appliance that no contact to the heating elements
can occur. Food containing much fat should be inserted in the levels 1-2. If necessary

Turn the switch to and turn the thermostat to the intended temperature. Adjust
the Timer to the intended time. As it is a mechanical timer it is necessary to turn
the timer to max (60min) and then turn it back to the intended time. The power con-

done as following: Turn the program switch from to and turn the thermostat to
250°C.
When the appliance should work only with lower heat from the beginning then ad-

Fix a rotisserie fork at the spit. Put the tied meat or poultry on the spit and fix it with
the second rotisserie fork. Be careful that the meat is in the middle of the rotisserie
spit.
Put the spit with the meat on the rotisserie handle and then place the spit into the
spit motor opening on the right side of the inner chamber. Then put the other side of
the spit on the spit holder. Always insert the bake pan on the lowest level to collect
oil.
