Cleaning 13.1
• Wash Lexan Sheet with a mild soap or detergent using a clean sponge or soft cloth
• Rinse well with clean water
• Do not scrub or use brushes with this product
WARNING
Do not use highly abrasive cleaners.
Never scrape with squeegees or razor blades.
Benzene, gasoline, acetone, or carbon tetrachloride should never
be used on Lexan sheet products.
Maintenance 13.3
These care and guideline instructions will keep the hardware and covers in good
condition for a longer period of time and prevent damage:
• Check and re-tighten all fasteners to the proper torque specifications on a regular
basis. Reference the installation manual to find proper torque specs.
• Check weldments on tray for wear and ensure that tubing isn’t bent or damaged.
CAUTION
Always check all mounting hardware, making sure each fastener is properly
tightened before using the tray.
NOTICE
Altering a tray in any way and/or improper installation will void the
warranty.
SAFETY
Replace or repair parts as needed.
Disinfecting 13.2
• Wipe gently with a cloth dampened with a household disinfectant.
CAUTION
The Simple Solutions Tray is intended to hold no more than 5lbs (2.27 kg) at a
time is not intended to be a support surface or positioning device.
