The flash light will only activate in low light conditions.
When the camera is set to AVI capturing, the video clip will
only turn out well in good daytime lighting conditions. If
the lighting conditions are not enough, your unit will
switch the AVI setting to single image capturing
automatically.
When using the AVI function, the camera cannot use the
flash. Time/Date stamp will not appear on the AVI video
clips.
Using the camera by manual shoot
•
Open the front housing and turn the camera on.
•
Program the capture mode to manual (Please refer to Program
& Set up section on page 11 of this manual)
•
Close the front housing.
•
The camera is now ready to be used as hand held point and
shoot camera.
•
Use the optical viewfinder to align your shot then press the
shutter button.
