8. Place a mounting-arm washer into the joint in the mounting arm.
9. Place the mounting-arm retainer over the mounting-arm washer.
10. Insert an M8x16 mm screw through the mounting-arm retainer, mounting-arm
washer, and into the mounting arm. (

11. Use a Phillips type screwdriver to tighten the screw into place.
Warning!
Do not over-tighten the screw. If you encounter resistance while you’re
tightening the screw, stop tightening.

12. Snap the other mounting-arm cap over the joint in the mounting arm. (
