StarTech.com warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the periods noted, following the initial date of purchase. During this period, the products may be returned for

Audio will only output over HDMI, when the adapter is initially 

connected. To playback audio from another audio device instead of 

HDMI, such as your computer speakers, you must manually change 

the default audio device from the
