M5x15 Truss Screws
through the
Floor Plate
and
into the lower
Adjustment Arm Assembly
.
Using the Bushing Caps
The
Rack Cabinet
comes with a set of 16
Bushing Caps
. The
Bushing Caps
can be used to hide the 8
M5x15 Truss
Screws
used to assemble the
Adjustment Arms
to the
Front
and
Rear
Frames
. Using the
Bushing Caps
will create a more unified
finish.
1.
Align the
Bushing Caps
with each of the
Screw Heads
on the
M5x15 Truss Screws
(x 8) used to assembly the
Adjustment Arms
to the
Front
and
Rear Frames
.
2.
Gentle push the
Bushing Caps
into the
Screw Head
.
Mounting Equipment in the Rack
Note:
When installing equipment in the
Rack Cabinet
. Start
at the bottom of the
Rack Cabinet
with the heaviest equip-
ment and work your way to the top.
1.
Determine the U-space of your equipment and where in the
Rack Cabinet
you want to install the
Devices
.
2.
Apply pressure to both sides of the
Cage Nut
and insert the
Cage Nut Clamps
into the
Cage Nut Hole
and release the
Cage Nut
.

Use a
Cage Nut Wrench
to install the
Cage Nuts
into the
Rack Cabinet
.
3.
Use the
M5 Screws
to secure the
Devices
in place.
