• When cleaning or maintenance, turn off the device and disconnect it from the
charger.
• Do not use any detergent, powder, or other chemical agents (such as alcohol
and benzene) to clean your mobile phone and charger. Otherwise, parts of the
device may get damaged or cause a fire. It is best to use a soft antistatic cloth
for cleaning your mobile phone and charger.
• Do not dismantle the device or accessories. Otherwise, Starmobile will not be
held liable for damages, as the device and accessories are not covered by
warranty.
Emergency Call
Your mobile phone provisions for emergency calls when in the coverage of your
network service area. The connection, however, cannot be guaranteed in all
conditions. You should not rely solely on your mobile phone for essential
communications during emergency situations.
