WIRE CONNECTION SKETCH
PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTION
1. Disconnect power before opening the control panel.
2. Make sure no connection between PE,N,L1 termials and
U,V,W terminals.
3. Wire connection operated only when power disconnected.
4. Check if the input voltage from the power supply is
compliance with clever-pool.
5. No voltage duration test
6. Screw torque for terminal screws more than 1.7N.m
7. Ground link must be connected before operation.
8. Must use the copper wires over 3G2.0mm2
9. Power supply connected only after the control panel is
fixed.

PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTION
1. Disconnect power before opening the control panel.
2. Make sure no connection between PE,T,S,R termials and U,V
W terminals.
3. Wire connection operated only when power disconnected.
4. Check if the input voltage from the power supply is
compliance with clever-pool.
5. No voltage duration test
6. Screw torque for terminal screws more than 1.7N.m
7. Ground link must be connected before operation.
8. Must use the copper wires over 4G2.0mm2
9. Power supply connected only after the control panel is fixed.

RUNNING
3.3.1.
CHECK BEFORE RUNNING
1.
Check if installation and wire connection is 100% correct.
2.
Check if any metal substances left in the CLEVER-pool.
3.
Check if screws are well tightened.
4.
Check if naked wires on the terminals touch other terminals.
5.
Check if the control panel is well closed.
6.
A RCD 30mA device must be used somewhere in the system feed.
7.
Check if the power supply frequency is the same as CLEVER pool if no please move the dial switch for, option.
8.
If all connection is correct, run with no load.
9.
Only plug in swimming pool filter pumps in the Clever pool outlet, without RCD socket (a RCD has to be foreseen in
the system feed). Never connect other instruments such as water treatment pumps, UV
lights, heat pumps etc …. )
in
the Clever Pool outlet.
3.3.2.
RUNNING AND OPERATION
1.
Two running mode for CLEVER pool:
Manual mode
and
Auto mode
.
1.1
Under manual mode, pump works under different speed by pressing different speed button.
1.2
Under auto mode, pump can work in 4 different timing period during 24 hours, a different speed can be set for
different timing period.
2.
CLEVER-pool stays at manual mode when power supply first connected.

Under manual mode press
