Startup:
After adding batteries, turn the unit on. HAL will greet you with “Good Evening
Dave”. He may also activate another sound at this time, as the motion sensor is
analyzing its environment, which is normal.
Moving your hand past the sensor or walking past it will set off another
phrase. If left inactive for 30sec, the sound will start over from the beginning of
the phrases when next activated.
