Use/safety:
• Check the overrun brake and tyres before each use.
• Take special care when moving downhill with a full load.
• Be aware of the risk for crush injuries when raising battens.
• Max load may not be exceeded.
• Centre the load on the truck.
• Use the necessary safety equipment.
• When using a hoist or crane, place the forks or strops directly under the platform frame to avoid
damage to the tie rod. To avoid getting air in the hydraulic system, lift the truck when it is in its
maximum raised position.
General advice on maintenance and care:
• Lubricate all moving parts once per month.
• Check all moving parts and welds, wheels and other materials at least once per year.
• Remove any surface rust and touch up the paint work.
• Replace worn parts.

User instructions:
• Distribute the load evenly lengthwise and widthwise on the platform.
• Bear in mind truck stability and move with the load in the lowered position.
• Never walk in front of a laden truck on a downhill slope.
• Exercise extreme caution on downhill slopes with regard to the load's tendency to push.
• Take care in tight turns under load as the truck has a very small turning radius.
• Take care when setting up plasterboard trestles for unloading.
