The crossed out wheelie bin symbol marked on the device indicates that, when the product has
reached the end of its useful life, it must be taken to a recycle facility or returned to the
distributor when purchasing an equivalent new product, since it must be disposed of as separately
from household waste. The user is responsible for delivering the end-of-life product to the
appropriate
collection facility; failing which, the user may be subject to the penalties provided in
current laws on waste. The proper separate collection for subsequent transfer of the appliance
for recycling, treatment and environmentally friendly disposal helps to avoid possible negative
effects on the environment and human health and promote recycling of the materials making up
the product. For further details on the collection systems available, please contact your local waste
disposal facility or the shop where the product was purchased. The producers and importers meet
their responsibilities for recycling, treatment and environmentally friendly disposal either directly or
through participating in a collective system.
