Warnings

FAILURE TO HEED THE FOLLOWING WARNINGS COULD RESULT IN INJURY TO
OR THE DEATH OF PERSONS IN YOUR CARE.

•

Test your Hugs® Wi-Fi Tag Charger regularly, or arrange for regular
testing by your authorized sTANLeY Partner, to ensure that the system
and devices function to the site’s specifications. Additionally, you
should test your system after power outages, programming changes or
upgrades, or after reconfiguring any system equipment.

depleted tag in the Hugs charger in accordance with your facility’s estab-
lished procedures.

•

report to sTANLeY’s Global Compliance Officer (402-742-9322) any

solved through the efforts of sTANLeY’s (or sTANLeY’s Partner’s) Technical

Cautions

FAILURE TO HEED THE FOLLOWING CAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN HARM TO
YOUR SYSTEM OR CAUSE IT TO FUNCTION IMPROPERLY, INTERMITTENTLY, OR
NOT AT ALL.

•

Train staff to operate the Hugs® Wi-Fi Tag Charger correctly. refer
to the individual product manuals/instructions provided with system
components as a basis for training, or contact sTANLeY Healthcare at
800-380-8883 to arrange for training provided by sTANLeY or its Partner
on a fee basis. Train and test new staff members before they begin their
duties.

•

likely to get damaged.

•

Check that the plug is not damaged and that the cable is properly
secured with no internal wires visible.

•

Where there is evidence that the supply may not be safe, such as
damaged equipment or wiring, the supply should not be used until work
has been done to correct this.
