The angle of the
SUPPORT ARMS(35, 36)
can be
adjusted for various exercises. Loosen the
LOCKING KNOBS(54)
and adjust the angle of the
SUPPORT ARMS(35, 36).
Refer to the marks on
the
ARM FRAMES(33, 34)
to make sure that both
SUPPORT ARMS(35, 36)
are in the same position.
Tighten the
LOCKING KNOBS(54)
to secure the
SUPPORT ARMS(35, 36)
in position.
There are adjustment holes in the
EXTENSION
ARMS(48)
which allow you to adjust the length of
the Rotating Arms to fit your workout. Loosen and
pull the
SPRING PIN(46)
to adjust the
EXTENSION
ARM(48).
Tighten the knob on the
SPRING PIN
(46)
after adjustment.

We strongly recommend that you hang the springs
as shown in the illustrations above. This will allow the HANG PLATES(16)
to remain straight for smooth travel. All springs have equal resistance.

Rotating Arms. Refer to illustration A.
Change the resistance of
HAND STRAPS(11)
by hooking different
numbers of the
SPRINGS(19)
onto the
HANG PLATE(16).
