Install (1) “Bottom Swing Arm Shaft” into the front of the foot support tube.(See Figure 2).

13.

Install and tighten (1) 1⁄2”-13 hex head screws, (2) 1 1⁄2 I.D. plastic flat washers, (2) 1⁄2 washers, and

(1) 1⁄2”-13 nuts connecting the swing arm and the foot support tube, both left and right side. This will

require a 3⁄4” hex socket wrench (See Figure 2).

14.

Repeat step 12 and 13 for the opposite foot support tube.
