You can adjust each setting individually by selecting the setting with ENTER,
and using UP or DOWN to change the value. Push ENTER to confirm, push
MENU to go back to the main menu and use UP and DOWN to choose a
different setting.

Press MENU, then press UP or DOWN until Colo is displayed , then press
ENTER

Us ing UP or DOWN you choose between 2800K , 3200K , 3500K , 4200K ,
4900K , 5600K , 5900K , 6500K. These preset color temperatures allow you to
easily choose the correct cold or warm white light for your application
