Addendum to the owners manual
Charging via the cigarette lighter plug
Thanks to the charging cable with cigarette lighter plug, both the desktop
charger and an individual radio set can be connected to the cigarette
lighter socket.
Be sure to observe by all means the information given in the owners
manual (p. 24 - 27: Charging of the batteries, usage of the charger and/or
lateral charging socket, charging times etc.)! All operational steps and
safety instructions described therein for connecting the charger/radio set
through the power supply unit to the 230 V mains supply apply by analogy
also to its connection through the charging cable to the vehicles power
supply system.
Important note:
Do not try to charge a radio set equipped with batteries
there is explosion hazard!
