
8. Do not use the appliance for any function
that is not described in the manual.
9. Never leave the appliance unattended
when plugged in and/or in operation
10. Never remove yoghurt pots, when the
appliance is running.
11. Never put the pots into the appliance,
while the appliance is running.
12. Always unplug the appliance after use
and before cleaning.
13. The device must be stored upright, out
of reach of children and on a flat surface.
14. The mains power of the local power
supply must be identical to that, required
by the device and as described in this
manual.
15. Never put hands or any other objects
into the device during operation. Check
regularly for the presence of pieces of fruit,
which may have accumulated at the
bottom of the pots as this can block the
rotation of the motor.
16. Turn off the unit before changing or
removing any of the accessories.
17. This device is not designed to be used
by people with physical disabilities,
sensory or mental incapabilities (and
including children), or any person that may
require supervision whilst the appliance is
in operation.
18. DO NOT allow children to play with this
appliance.
Yoghurt Recipe
Natural Yoghurt:
Ingredients:
- 0.5l whole or half-skimmed milk
- A whole tub of plain Yoghurt
1. The milk and Yoghurt should be kept at
room temperature, or above 20 degrees
Celsius.
2. Dilute the Yoghurt with the milk.
3. Pour in the milk mixture and mix
together with a spoon.
4. Connect the appliance and the two
indicator lights will light up.
Press the button «Вкл./Выкл.» once, the
indicator light “Йогурт” will illuminate.
5. After seven hours, an audible alarm will
be heard, indicating that the Yoghurt is
ready.
Turn off the appliance and
disconnect from the mains.
NOTE
: The use of sterilised milk is
recommended.
The use of flavoured milk (e.g. strawberry
milk) is not recommended.
Recipe variations
Green Tea Yoghurt:
Ingredients: 2g of green tea, Yoghurt, a
small tablespoon of honey
1. Slowly add the Yoghurt to the tea, then
mix well
2. Add the honey and mix
Yoghurt Fruit Salad
:
1. Add jam or honey to taste.

2. Peel and cut various fruits into small
pieces (e.g. apples, strawberries, grapes,
bananas, pineapples, peanuts, walnuts).
3. Mix the fruit with sweetened Yoghurt.
Producing a deliciously fresh Yoghurt fruit
salad.
How to store your Yoghurt
You can store your Yoghurt in a
hermetically sealed box or refrigerator for
up to 10 days. However, it is recommended
to consume the Yoghurt after 2 or 3 days of
refrigerated storage.
Try adding other delicious flavourings like
honey, vanilla, strawberry jam, grapes or
apples, fruit pieces, cocoa, etc.
Recipe soy beans sauce:
Ingredients: 3 cups of yellow non-shelled
soy beans (approximately 40g).
1. Wash the soy beans.
2. Allow the beans to soak in 5 times their
volume of water for 24 hours. Change the
water once, after 12 hours. The beans will
become a rounded oval shape.
3. Rinse the beans and place in a saucepan.
Cover with 3 times their volume of water
and boil for 20 minutes.
Then cook for 3 hours on a low heat until
almost all of the water has evaporated.
4. Drain the remaining water and pour the
cooked beans into the appliance pots.
5. Cover each of the pots with two layers of
a woven gauze cloth.
6. Close the lid of the Yoghurt maker, plug
in
the
appliance
and
press
the
«Вкл./Выкл.» button once. The indicator
light «Соус» will illuminate.
7. After 30 hours, an audible alarm
indicates that the soy sauce is ready,
unplug the device and disconnect from the
mains.
For more flavour variations, try adding
salt, cayenne pepper, garlic or ginger to
the soy beans. This sauce can be kept in
the refrigerator.
