What to do
The battery might not have enough charge.
Make sure the battery’s at 100% before
disconnecting the USB adapter.
The battery’s not connected.
Connect the battery.
It might be a glitch.
Restart your Smart Energy.
If the battery’s fitted properly and showing
100% charge but the problem continues, it
might be a faulty battery.
Pop the battery out, give us a call and we’ll send
you another. Until then, you can still use your
Smart Energy Tracker with the USB adapter.
My Smart Energy Tracker doesn’t work when the USB adapter isn’t connected
