“As is mounted condition” of Head Light Guard is as
shown in the drawing to the right.
Step 4:
Orient and Align the Bracket Center (13) – 1 off, as
shown.
The Bottom bracket will have a Rubber strip,
which will be glued/affixed (as supplied by SRC),
and the tongue like portion is hooked into the
under side of the Metal cover. The Rubber strip
prevents friction and scratches between metal to
metal contact and also serves as a cushion.
Step 5:
Slip-in the Screw M5 x 6 (2) – 2 off and Washer M5
(9) – 2 off from the front and secure the bottom
side mounting holes in the Head Light Guard (1) to
the Bottom bracket (13).
