Mounting Instructions

Step 1:
The Non-metallic cover under the Crank Case has to
be removed, as shown in the drawing. This will
facilitate access to the mounting points for
Installing the Engine Guard
Step 2:
The Hexagonal Head Bolt shown near the
exhaust pipe fitment and 1 off Hexagonal head
bolt with Washer has to be removed and kept
aside. The same set of fasteners will be used for
mounting the bracketry of Engine Guard, which
will be explained in subsequent steps.
Step 3:
Orient and Align the Rear End Bracket (2), as
shown, in-line with the mounting point shown
in Red colour, and slip-in the Hexagonal Head
Bolt and washer through its hole and secure the
threads.
