Step 4:  

Orient the Body of the Crash Bar (1), 
its mounting holes aligned in-line with 
the Windshield brackets (from both 
sides) and slide-in the Washer M6 (5) 
and Screw M6 x 10 (7) – 2 off from 
either side. 

Secure the threads on the mounting 
holes of the Inner bracket. 

The GPS Bar (2), can be mounted to 
the Body of the GPS Bar, using the 
Adaptor (3) – 2 off (1 from each side), 
M8 Washer (4) and Screw M8 x 20 (6). 

Mounting of the GPS Bar to the Body 
of the GPS Bar, can be done off-line 
too. 

Step 5: 

Tighten the Screws fully to the torque, 
as specified in the BOM table
