Step: 1
Remove the 3 – off Mounting Screws (as
shown) and keep the Bottom screw
aside. And in its place, for mounting SRC
Radiator Guard, you will be using the
Screw, Washer and Spacer, which is
included in the scope of supply, as per
the BOM given in the first sheet.
Step: 3
Secure the threads in the
Mounting holes and ensure
Orientation / Symmetry and
tighten them to torque of 5-6
Nm.
Final Mounted condition of
Radiator Guard is as shown in the
drawing on the left-hand side.
Mounting Instructions
Step: 2
Orient and Align the Radiator Guard, in-
line with 3 Mounting Holes, and Slip-in
the 2 off Original screws on the top side.
On the Bottom side, Slide-in the Delrin
Spacer (2) – 1 off behind the Radiator
Guard and in-line with the bottom
mounting hole and Slip-in M5 Washer (3)
– 1 off and Screw M5 x 35
