For best results, apply to DRY
skin. SPX Sensory Trainers are
intended for one-time use and
should be discarded after each use.

Remove paper backing.
3.
Using a mirror, align an SPX
Sensory Trainer below your eye
so the middle of it aligns with
your pupil and it fits against the
bridge of your nose
4.
Press down on the SPX Sensory
Trainer about 0.25 inches below
the base of your eye on your
upper cheek bone
5.
Repeat this process below
the other eye.
6.
Check the mirror to make sure
SPX Sensory Trainers are even on
your face. Remove and replace
them correctly if they are not.
