Saving and Dialing Phone Numbers With Pauses
You can save and dial phone numbers with pauses for use with
automated systems, such as voicemail or credit card billing
numbers. You can have multiple pauses in a phone number to
combine additional numbers.
To save phone numbers with pauses:
1.
Enter the phone number.
2.
Press or press the right softkey twice. The pause is
shown as a
“=”
at the end of the number.
3.
Enter the second number.
4.
If you have additional numbers, repeat steps 2-3.
5.
When you have entered all the numbers and pauses, follow
steps 2-4 as described in “Adding a New Internal Phone Book
Entry” on page 54.
To dial phone numbers with pauses:
1.
Display an Internal Phone Book entry.
2.
Press . The first number will be dialed.
3.
Press . The second number will be sent in tones.
4.
Succeeding numbers will be sent in tones each time you press
.

To display your phone number:
1.
Press .
2.
Your phone number will be displayed.
