Starting and Tuning Your Chaos
1. Check the radio and servos for proper operation.
2. Fill the fuel tank with 30% Blue Thunder
™
fuel (or equivalent)
3. Make certain that the throttle is properly set to idle
4. Attach the glow igniter to the glow plug
5. Pull the recoil starter in short bursts, extending the starter rope
NO MORE THAN 12"
. Remember, this is a small model engine,
not a lawnmower.
If the engine fails to start after a few attempts, place your finger over the
exhaust pipe and pull the recoil starter while watching to make sure that fuel
is flowing to the carburetor.
