ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION, CARE, MAINTENANCE AND USER’S GUIDE

FOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY

- This product is intended for use by children from ages 3 to 8

- This unit is designed for use by up to 8 children at one time.

Maximum weight of each user is 100 lbs.(45.4kg), with a

combined maximum weight of 800lbs(363kg)

- Assembly requires two adults

- Do not allow more than one child to play on the individual

swing/slide at the same time

- Do not allow children to slide down head first.
